Show Notes

Are Liverpool the current Premier League crisis club? Ninth in the table, 11 points off the top and having to fight their way back from a two-goal deficit against Brighton before settling for a point. For a side who have been challenging at the top of the table in recent season, and who were our supercomputer's pre-season favourites for the title, it certainly has come as a shock to Jurgen Klopp's side.

Duncan Alexander, Matt Furniss and Graham Bell look deeper at the Reds credentials as the Premier League crisis club as well as a much better weekend for Arsenal, who underlined their own title hopes with victory over Spurs in the north London derby, and Manchester City, who thanks to a pair of hat-tricks secured those all important bragging rights (as well as second place in the table.)
